Wilmington College – Ohio Archivists Lee Bowman and Elizabeth House enlightened and entertained us at our regular October genealogy meeting by showing us college historical materials and early Quaker records that are preserved in the WC Library Archives. Elizabeth taught us how to decipher old Quaker records from the Hinshaw Encyclopedia. Lee screened many old college pictures and told the tragic story of the coed who slid down the banister in college Hall. We found that there is so much of interest there that we plan to have them back again!
