The Clinton County Historical Society’s Board of Trustees recently thanked Taylor Stuckert for his time and service to their organization during their monthly board meeting on April 12. For approximately six years, Taylor served the organization as a Historical Society trustee. As a trustee of the board, he chaired the former 2019 Executive Director Search Committee, annual nominating committees, and lent his Regional Planning skill set to many projects related to the museum. During the meeting Executive Director Shelby Boatman presented Taylor with an engraved plaque and special image of historic Rombach Place Museum as a token of the board’s appreciation for his dedication.
The Historical Society has currently filled all twelve of their board seats and plans to welcome their newest trustee next month. The History Center’s museum and genealogy research library are open for the 2022 season on Fridays 1-4pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. Members and children under 14 are free to visit, Non-members are $5 per person. To schedule a group or educational tour, please call 937-382-4684.
